Working Through Feeling Overwhelmed

No one is exempt from moments of overwhelm in their life. They become times where we feel buried under the weight of challenges, struggles and resistance. Those who go through intense feelings of overwhelm can feel they hit their limit. It becomes hard to feel like you can function or get your perspective.

During times of feeling overwhelmed, exhaustion rises and our ability to focus is a struggle. We can feel scattered, all over the place and stuck.
