A major aspect of struggles with OCD is the influence that intrusive and unwanted thoughts can have on our thinking. These thoughts create a lot of discomfort and conflict within, usually in the form of anxiety or guilt.
In today’s video, I want to share about the subject of intrusive thoughts and give you ten overall perspectives that have helped me and the lives of those I have been able to encourage.
I also talk about the concept of “taking thoughts captive” in the perspective of OCD.
