As we walk the healing and freedom journey regarding our thoughts, there is an important aspect of renewing the mind that involves surrender. Surrender is a powerful experience for mind renewal, but I find that the subject of surrender gets distorted, especially when God’s mercy, grace and love is not rooted in our hearts.
If you struggle with the subject of surrender, I bet it is because the whole subject has been taught or interpreted to you as something that is tormenting and confusing.
An experience of mercy is needed. But do you know what mercy is? I pray today what I share brings illumination to your hearts.
I want to allow your heart to experience renewal as you learn to rest in the love God has for you, allowing your heart to surrender to His goodness.
