What do we do with our emotions? The truth is, If you want to live a more heart awakened lifestyle, you will need to develop some healthy relationship with your emotions. Part of shepherding our heart is learning to watch over our emotions and cultivate a healthy emotional life.
Historically, emotions have received a bad rap. We either dismiss emotions, ignore them, suppress them or we can become victim to the emotions we feel and feel all over the place with our emotions.
