In learning to transform thinking patterns in my life, I had to first recognize that fear had dominating much of how I thought. It can be easy to get lost in the barrage of thoughts we work through and not become aware that fear is taking over the narrative. Most of my life was dictated by what fear said in my thinking. In one way, it was overwhelming at first. But it was also freeing to know that I could take a journey with God to heal through my fears and learn to stand where I used to run.
So what about you? Has fear held your thoughts hostage? Today I want to exhort you to a decision that lead you on an empowering journey.
