Maybe you wonder if by working through issues of your heart, you are becoming selfish or self-consumed. Subjects like loving yourself and being kind to yourself get lost in the narrative of, “you are so self-centered!” Do you find an inner critic screaming “you are so selfish?”
Truth is, we all have areas of self-centeredness and selfishness that need loving awareness and adjustment. Allow me to narrow in on this subject and provide some healing insights and feedback to enhance the flow of love in your life.
