Do You COMPULSIVELY CHECK Your Believing?

The subject Belief or believing is an important aspect of learning and growing in the Christian faith. But when you have OCD, this can get off the rails very easily. One of the common patterns of religious OCD and scrupulosity is the compulsive pattern of “checking” your believing….checking, checking and rechecking, with a distorted sense of disturbance about the level and quality of how well you believe.

You wonder with great trepidation, “Do I REALLY believe? Do I FULLY believe?” In this broadcast, I will bring out what is happening with this compulsion and how we can begin moving forward in healthy ways.
