3 Things I Focus on for Mental Health

If I was to summarize three key areas that I focus on for my mental health, it would be found in this broadcast. While I have spent a lot of time teaching on areas I have had to let go of, getting freedom from and overcome, I also want to emphasize, “What do you focus on for daily growth?” They have to do with connecting to love, relating to thoughts in a different way and plugging into grace.
