Stress

You probably will not complete a full day without hearing the word stress used to express the pressure and emotional buildup taking place in the hearts of people. You are probably arriving to this page because you would like to get a better sense of healing through factors that contribue to stress in your life.

Stress speaks of a pressure that comes on us during adversarial circumstances and intense situations that become punishing. This pressing down can come from perceived external sources or from within.

Interestingly enough, part of the dictionary’s definition for stress is “a physical, chemical, or emotional factor that causes bodily or mental tension and may be a factor in disease causation.”

If ignored or overlooked, stress can have major long term effects on your life. But the places in your life that bring about stress can actually be the areas where some of the greatest heart healing can take place in your life.

This resource page is dedicated to helping you recognize and work through the stress factor in your life.
