Struggles with Mental Health While on Vacation

Taking time off for time away for vacation or holiday to visit with loved ones or to enjoy a special location can be great for mental health. It can refresh the heart and mind, while recalibrating your emotions and perspectives. But for many, vacations can be tough times on their mental health battles. I have received enough questions about it that I decided to make a video on it to encourage your journey when it comes to travel and time away. A lot of the healing journey in this area comes down to how we relate to our expectations–what we expect from ourselves, what we expect from others and what we expect to experience. I pray that what I share here will help you ground your expectations into healthy patterns.
