How to Relate to Your Thoughts, Emotions and Feelings

Join me as I delve into the intricate relationship between our thoughts, emotions, and feelings and how to relate to them in fruitful ways. Many admit to a lack of training and equipping when it comes to working through their emotions and feelings. I will show you the tight connection that thoughts and emotions have, debunking the myth that some people believe that we don’t need to learn about emotions.

The key lies in learning to interpret and give healthy meaning to our emotions – what is refers to as “feelings.” This is where many of us struggle, often finding ourselves either drowning in our emotional responses or desperately trying to suppress them.

In this video, I want to bring a compassionate and grace-filled approach, encouraging us through a comprehensive understanding of core emotions, from happiness and sadness to fear and anger. But I won’t stop there, as I will also introduces powerful emotions like love, appreciation, and awe, reminding us of the full spectrum of human experience.

Underlying this journey is the vital role of “compassionate grace.” Without this lens, we risk becoming our own worst enemies, turning on ourselves and creating toxic inner landscapes. Instead, I will encourages you to let your emotions work through you, rather than trying to stop them from even surfacing.
