Coaching You Through Relationship OCD (ROCD) and Relationship Anxiety

As someone who’s walked the challenging path of Relationship OCD, I want to share insights that can help you break free from the endless cycle of doubt and anxiety. Allow me to provide some coaching as to the important factors to be aware of when walking through ROCD. For years, I struggled with a toxic mindset that constantly questioned whether I was with the “right” person, driving myself crazy with obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors.

In helping those with ROCD, the biggest trap I have witnessed is the myth of the “perfect one” – this idea that God has a single, flawless person waiting for you. This mindset creates immense pressure, distorted expectations and prevents you from experiencing genuine love and connection. My healing journey taught me that healing through Relationship OCD is fundamentally about how you relate to your thoughts and how you relate to unconditional love. The constant doubting, checking, and reassurance-seeking only feeds the anxiety monster.
