Melissa and I have walked through our own brokenness, learning that love isn’t about looking good on social media, but about showing up authentically for each other every single day.
We tackled some heavy subjects – OCD, sexual orientation anxiety, parenting emotional intelligence. And here’s the truth: your thoughts don’t define you. Whether you’re battling intrusive thoughts or feeling trapped by performance pressure, there’s hope.
I shared how we can love our neighbors without turning every interaction into a spiritual sales pitch. How we can sit with our emotions instead of running from them. How parents can create safe spaces for their children to understand and process feelings. For those wrestling with pain – whether it’s family mental health struggles, past traumas, or feeling disconnected from God – I want you to know you’re not alone. Venting is okay. Healing is a journey.
I’m inviting you to embrace grace. To recognize that your worth isn’t determined by your performance, but by your willingness to keep learning and growing. I also address someone who wrote in, venting emotionally, wondering “Where is God in all this mental health mess?”
