I dive deep into a struggle many Christians face but rarely discuss, feeling condemned during worship. Have you ever stood in church, surrounded by music and praise, but instead of connecting with God, you’re trapped in a cycle of condemnation? Its actually very common that Christians struggle with fussing over themselves and their standing with God that keeps them in constant unfruitful cycles.
In a raw and vulnerable segment, I tackle a struggle many ROCDers face but few know how to work through–struggles with spinning about a past relationship. A woman shares her journey of constant doubt and unsettled emotions about marriage as well as a past relationship, someone she did not marry. She feels haunted by memories of a past relationship and intrusive thoughts about “what might have been.” I asddress this question and spend some time breaking down the distortions involved.
