#S01 EP01: Living from a Heart Fully Alive

Awakened to the Life You Were Designed to Live

Fully Alive

Welcome to this new series of Transformed You, where each and every episode will focused on living with a healed heart, renewed mind and powerful relationships. Our goal is to bring out conversation that will bring perspective, encouragement and action to your transformational journey.

We want to begin a series on the subject of living from an awakened heart. Today we begin on addressing Living from a Heart Fully Alive. One of the privileges we have as children of God is to have our hearts made alive to love, a new identity and a powerful destiny. Yet It seems that so many people struggle to experience this life.

In this episode, we want to emphasize the importance of living from an awakened heart–free and fully alive, the way God designed you to.

Ask anyone, “how is your heart?” and you may get a variety of answers, but are we living lives that tend to the issues of the heart? Proverbs 4:23 reminds us to Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life. That word keep means to guard and to watch over.

Even in the echo of Malachi’s prophecy, we see his desire to mend our hearts together in relationship, when He says, “he will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and the hearts of the children to their fathers…”

The heart can be defined in numerous ways, but it is the relationship center of your life. The heart is the treasure of all you hold dear, all the important experiences of life and the emotional values that you carry. God is very interested in transforming the heart. When Jesus operated in His ministry, it was all about getting to the heart. His work was to bring life, so that we might have life in Him to the fullest. (John 10:10)

The enemy on the other hand, is a thief who comes only to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. He seeks to overturn and steal the life of God from flowing through you, so its important that we be aware of this. Nonetheless, it is God’s intention for you to live alive, because that is His work over your life. Paul said, And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins… (Ephesians 2:1).

If we were made to live from a heart fully alive, why does there seem to be so much deadness manifesting? That’s what we want to dive into in this series on living from a heart that is fully alive.
