How this can play out is we can Sometimes we can be very “willy nilly” meaning that we go with whatever the wind is blowing that day or like so many of us we live out of how we feel or what thoughts are screaming the loudest instead of a focused intent and leading our hearts and minds with purpose for each day. Why do we do this and how we we begin to shift it.
